MS LEONG WAI KUAN

Ms Leong Wai Kuan obtained her LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff in year 1999 and subsequently she obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice in year 2000 and is called to the Malaysian Bar in year 2003. After which, she practiced as a Legal Assistant at M/s Joseph Ting & Co. and in 2010 she joined our firm as a Partner and she is now based at our branch in Puchong, Selangor

Wai Kuan is a very experienced conveyancing practice lawyer and she handles all kinds of conveyancing cases including the housing development project and the sub-sale cases. She is also actively involved in handling all sorts of banking documentations for financing of residential properties, commercial properties and also trade and corporate financings in particular for CIMB Bank Berhad, Public Bank Berhad and Bank of China.

In her earlier practice, Wai Kuan has also assisted the partners in handling commercial and corporate matters which involved up to hundreds of millions of Ringgit.
