Ms Chan Wei Peng obtained her LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of Malaya in 2006 and was admitted to the Bar in year 2007.

During her years of practice, she specialized in conveyancing work and she also assisted the senior partners in corporate works. Wei Peng is familiar with sale and purchase of real property transactions and she is well versed with the loan documentations of many local and foreign Banks including Malayan Banking Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd.

Ms Lim Xin Yi obtained her LL.B (Hons) degree from University of Malaya in the year of 2016. She chambered with our firm and was admitted to the Bar in May 2017. She is a litigator and is involved in a wide range of civil disputes. She also specializes in non-contentious litigation matters including divorce, probate and administration.

Xin Yi also deals with cases relating to corporate and commercial contracts, due diligence exercise, tenancy agreements, and sale and transfer of properties.

Ms Nurul `Aqilah Zahrah Binti Main graduated with LL.B (Hons) Degree conferred by the Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). She was called to the Bar on 8th August 2014. She thereafter joined Messrs Khairil & Co and also joined Messrs Hoe & Moira until February 2019. She then joined the firm in March 2019.

She is experienced in handling Litigation matters which includes debt recovery, realization of banking securities through foreclosure proceedings, land enquiries, bankruptcy proceedings and execution proceedings.

Her other area of practice is Conveyancing. She is familiar with the preparation of all types of conveyancing agreements involving sale and purchase of real properties, such as developer sale and sub-sale as well as tenancies, and the preparation of different banking security documents, both for conventional and Islamic facilities.

Ms Lee Pei San obtained her LL.B. (Hons) degree from Multimedia University (MMU) in 2017. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018. She then joined the firm in 2019. She is now practicing in both areas of conveyancing and litigation.

Pei San handles civil litigation cases including family and matrimonial matters, debt recovery, will and probate matters. Pei San also handles conveyancing matters including sub-sale, banking and finance matters.

Ms Pung Kah Yee is a Barrister-at-Law of the Honorable Society of Middle Temple and holds a Bachelor-of-Laws (Hons.) degree from University of Northumbria. She chambered in our firm and subsequently joined as legal assistant.

She practices in the areas of banking and finance, corporate and commercial and real estate and she deals with various properties transactions involving sub-sale cases, housing development projects, preparation of banking security documentations as well as drafting of tenancy agreements and other commercial contracts.

Ms Lee Shun Ci obtained First Class L.L.B. (Hons) degree from the Multimedia University (MMU) in year 2019. She chambered with our firm and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in year 2020. She is now practicing in both conveyancing and litigation areas.

Shun Ci handles civil litigation cases pertaining to matters such as debt recovery, bankruptcy and winding up, family and matrimonial matters, probate and administration proceedings.

Shun Ci also handles cases pertaining to real property transactions, including preparing direct purchase and sub-sale agreements, bank loan documentations, drafting of tenancy agreements, wills and other commercial contracts.

Ms Oo Pey Chin obtained her LL.B. (Hons) degree from Multimedia University (MMU) in 2021 and was admitted to the Bar in year 2022. She chambered in our firm and subsequently joined as a legal assistant.

Pey Chin specializes in conveyancing matters such as sub-sales, preparation of banking security documents, drafting tenancy agreements and other commercial contracts.

She also handles non-contentious litigation matters particularly in divorce, will and probate matters.

Ms Lee Xin Jie obtained her LL.B (Hons) degree from Multimedia University (MMU) in year 2021. She has been with our firm since her pupillage and was admitted to the Malaysian and joined us as a legal assistant after her admission to the Malaysian Bar in year 2022.

Her areas of practice cover both conveyancing and civil litigation including debt recovery, bankruptcy, divorce, probate and administration matters. She also handles real estate transactions including sub-sale cases, housing development projects and tenancies.

Ms Sarah Aimi Binti Salahuddin graduated with LL.B (Hons) Degree from the Universiti Teknologi Mara (UITM) on December 2021. She chambered with our firm and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in April 2023. Upon being admitted as a member of the Bar, she joined our firm as a legal assistant.

Her main area of practising is conveyancing. She handles housing development projects, sub-sale cases, and is familiar with bank loan documents as well as tenancy agreements.
